For a one time fee of $500, our grant writing team will create a comprehensive report of upcoming grant competitions (with abstracts, deadlines, and your odds of grant funding) for which your organization is eligible to apply and most likely to be awarded. Depending on the type of funding your organization needs, this ‘Grant Research Opportunity’ (GRO) report will typically include anywhere from 20 funding competitions to 50 plus competitions. We only put the most appropriate funding opportunities in the report as we work with you on preparing your annual grant plan and schedule. This also places you in our FREE RFP monitoring system which allows us to: track grant competitions that you have expressed an interest in, alert you as to when these and new grant opportunities are released, and offer you consulting in making the decision whether to pursue the grants.
For those aggressive agencies that need ongoing support in identifying grant competitions and writing a dozen or more proposals within a year's time (these are usually large school districts, cities, and hospitals), we offer a retainer-based program with costs that typically range from $100 to $3,000 per month depending on the service scope and need of the client. Retainer services include, but are not limited to: monthly updates of GRO reports, ongoing consulting, coordination of grant planning teams, establishing and managing a grant clearinghouse system, RFP/RFA requests and tracking services, teleconferences or in-person strategic planning (or grant planning sessions) with your staff and stakeholders, and much more. Most agencies that use our retainer services find that their return on investment is high and that the service is similar to that of a full-time, professional, in-house grant writer.
