Deborah holds several post-secondary degrees and educational training experiences that have prepared her for working in a field that requires extensive knowledge of education and tribal grants and government contracts. Most relevant, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the California State University of Bakersfield as well as a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Law. Before joining Resource Associates, Deborah worked as the Director of Development for Ebony Counseling and Health Center of Bakersfield California as well as the Grants Administrator for Farmington Municipal Schools.
