FUNDING USES:
Through this U.S. Department of Justice grant program, Indian tribes receive support and technical assistance for planning and implementing changes in their criminal justice systems necessary to exercise special domestic violence criminal jurisdiction and funds to exercise the jurisdiction.

Governments of Indian tribes that have jurisdiction over Indian country.
