FAQs
We wish we did! But no. We are a professional service crafting proposals and grant management. We only write to win so we are careful in our grant pursuit suggestions and are always on alert for the right awardable grant opportunity for you. Our Grant Experts will write the proposal, and if awarded, the funding comes from a funder such as the US Department of Education.
need to make sure you are eligible for a grant. Eligibility is based on your incorporation type or possible network of close partners. Nonprofits and local governments represent the vast majority of entities eligible for grants. Small businesses, students, and individuals do not (exceptions do exist). If you have a project you want funded in your community with grant dollars, check the eligibility in the application documents (these are usually referred to as RFPs or RFAs). If you aren’t eligible, do you have close associations with others who are? It’s not unusual to pitch your ideas to common eligible agencies (churches, schools, universities, city councils, and small nonprofits) and collaborate with them to qualify and apply for grant funding. If you have the will and fortitude, there’s always a way.
No. We are unaware of any legitimate grant writing firm able to make and keep such a guarantee. There is always risk involved in pursuing grant funding – regardless of our agency’s previous award success. GrantWriters does have a great program offering rewrites of previously denied grants. We can tell you more about it if interested!
There are very few grants available for personal assistance or to pay off debt. This scarcity of funding opportunities is because “individuals” are typically not eligible to apply for discretionary grants, no matter how needy. However, there are other types of funding opportunities available in the form of loans, loan forgiveness programs, stipends, subsidies, entitlements, and tax credits. Contact your state or local social security or health and human services offices to inquire.
