Homeowner's income must not exceed income guidelines. The home must be owner occupied for at least one year and owner must have 100% interest in title. The property needing improvements must not exceed value limits before and after improvements and it must be a single-family detached home or manufactured home less than 20 years old. Loans can be approved for bringing the home up to code, removing hazardous lead paints, and general property improvements. |
