Premium Content Agreement

Resource Associates agrees to provide comprehensive information to the user specified in this agreement via the Grant Siren Premium subscription product. The user agrees to be charged $9.99 per month until the subscription is canceled by the user. The user will receive access to accurate and timely information and notifications relating to grants and other funding opportunities. The user is able to request changes to the frequency, and specific subject matter of information being provided (limited to specific subjects outlined in the sign up process). Resource Associates' will hereby specify that satisfaction falls upon the responsibility of the user; Resource Associates' assumes no liability for financial costs generated by the user associated with this agreement.   Resource Associates' assumes zero liability for the use of information provided to the user. Resource Associates' reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time(including but not limited to; cancellation of service, outages, planned updates). Resource Associates' reserves the right to archive user data (in accordance with GDPR guidelines), such data becomes the sole property of Resource Associates' for company use. A copy of this data is available at the user’s request.

Do you store my credit card information?

No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plain text card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist.

Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.) For more information, you can visit Stripe's security policy right here!
