Eligible entities include accredited public or nonprofit private hospitals, accredited schools of allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine, accredited academically affiliated physician assistant training programs, and a residency training program in family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics or combined general internal medicine and general pediatrics (med-peds). Tribes and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply if otherwise eligible. Eligible applicants must provide documentation of accreditation from the relevant accrediting body. |
